(BMS) Battery Management System

Brunstock’s battery management system has a three-tier architecture (BAMS, BCMU and BMU). This gives the battery system flexibility, insulation, better interference resistance and more than one communication protocol. Chip-level equalisation technology ensures longer battery life, safety and working efficiency.

The 32-bit high performing MCP (Main Control Processor) uses real-time information to provide multi-dimensional diagnostics and offers multi-tier BMS safety technology, which support high-precision data.

  • Support data storage, support local storage and power-down protection of system operating data
  • Battery system heat management prolongs the pack’s usable life
  • Chip-level equalisaation technology
  • Support Ethernet, CAN and Bootloader updates
  • Data monitoring and data display, An at least 10″ color monitor for display purposes
  • Battery system data and parameter settings
  • Event and fault recording with at least 30-days recorded. It also supports expandable remote data monitoring
