Brunstock supplies battery cells, battery packs and racks for its battery energy storage system. These can be ordered as needed.

Battery Cells

  • Use large-capacity 280/314Ah batteries to reduce parallel circulation and improve system consistency
  • Performance experiment: Test multiple battery cells and select battery cells according to our battery cell performance evaluation system
  • Safety experiment: Reference safety testing standards in the rail transit field , strictly control the safety performance of the battery cells selected
  • Full test to comply IEC and UL standards

Battery Cell Features

  • Each series aluminum row and the single positive/negative electrodes are laser welded to ensure mechanical reliability and conductive performance
  • 28 temperature collection points are set in each pack
  • Each single battery provides independent voltage collection
  • Adopts liquid cooling design to ensure temperature balance between each battery cell
  • The external output of the battery pack has front access, which is convenient for staff to inspect and maintain

Battery Packs

Brunstock’s liquid cooling battery packs for our 5MWh BESS consist of a pack cover, battery modules and a liquid cooling plate.

The front plate integrates the high voltage connector, communication interface, MSD, BMS and explosion-proof vent valve, which makes operation and installation easy and convenient.

Battery Racks

Brunstock’s liquid cooling battery racks are designed to fit our 5MWh BESS battery packs.

The racks have a sealing pipeline design that is easy to maintain; and intelligent temperature control that reduces auxiliary power consumption. The high energy density offers more than a 30% increase.
